Summary

• We will publish your nursery name and the plants you offer in the RHS Plant Finder (print and online).
• We also store your contact details for Plant Finder administration.
• Do not use personal contact details as they may be made public.
• We keep de‑personalised stock data for research and statistics.

Full Notice

By using this system and submitting your Plant Finder return, you agree that the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) will process your data for the purposes of the RHS Plant Finder (print and digital). This includes:

• Details of the plants you offer
• Your nursery name
• Contact details you provide to the Plant Finder team (e.g., address, phone, email, website)

Publication

Your nursery name and plant list will be published in the RHS Plant Finder (print and online).

Retention

• Contact details are kept while you participate and for 3 years after, for administration.
• Nursery name, location, and stock information (without personal data) are kept permanently for research and statistics.

The RHS will hold all personal data securely and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, see the RHS Privacy Policy.
